On July 27, Huawei opened the HarmonyOS 3.0 early adoption program for 14 devices. This new internal beta will allow smartphone, tablet, and Smart Vision TV owners to install and test HarmonyOS 3.0 features before public release.

According to the information, the beta version of HarmonyOS 3.0 is not a stable version and it may have a number of bugs and software changes which may differ from the previous generation. However, you should be aware that these changes will be subtle and can be adopted over time. Nevertheless, if you are not aware of the changes, we recommend that you wait for the official version.
On the other hand, it should be noted that HarmonyOS 3.0 is only available for Chinese models and is not announced for global variants of the corresponding devices (smartphones only).

To be mentioned, the program currently supports Chinese devices, and if you have a compatible model in the overseas market, you can still sign up for the beta program, as Huawei has allowed that to happen.
To do this, open the My Huawei app, then tap on the HarmonyOS notification, from there navigate to the HarmonyOS 3 early adopters section and follow the on-screen instructions for details.
